Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship outside the United States and we do not offer local pickup or local delivery.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping within the United States is $10.00 on orders with a merchandise subtotal under $150.00, and free at $150.00 or above or to ZIP code 29526.

The shipping charge is shown in your order summary before you place the order, and it is part of the exact Zelle total on your order page.

Processing time

We begin fulfillment after we verify your Zelle payment. We do not currently state a processing time; if we expect a delay we will email you (see Refunds & Cancellations).

Payment verification is done manually and can take time. Sending a Zelle payment does not by itself change your order status.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with major United States carriers. When your order ships we email you the carrier and tracking number, and they also appear on your private order page.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is late, lost or arrives damaged, email support@citadelresearchlabs.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and tell you what we can do.
